CPLC/CBQB Graduate Student/Postdoc Symposium, Tuesday, November 6th

  Please plan to attend the biannual CPLC/CBQB Graduate Student/Postdoc Symposium on Tuesday, November 6th, from 8:30am-12:30pm. The event will begin with a coffee/breakfast and end with a pizza lunch for participants. Recognition will be given to the "best talks" as voted by the audience.

For students and faculty not in Urbana, all talks will be live-streamed on the CPLC Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/cplcillinois/

University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has realized junctionless (JL) gallium arsenide (GaAs) nanowire field-effect transistors (NWFETs) "for the first time" by implantation-free source/drain metal-organic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD) regrowth combined with gate-all-around (GAA) metal sputtering [Yi Song et al, IEEE Electron Device Letters, published online 9 January 2014].
